Delivery is included with every bouquet package anywhere in Colorado Springs, every day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mountain Time.

Order timing

Please order at least five days ahead. Orders 1–2 days ahead require confirmation before payment and add a $20 rush fee. Orders 3–4 days ahead also require confirmation, with no rush fee. For same-day requests, please contact Archies Arrangements first.

Pickup

Pickup is in northern Colorado Springs. The exact location and time are arranged directly with the customer.

Changes, cancellations & substitutions

Changes may be requested at least four days before delivery or pickup, subject to availability and any price difference.

Cancellations receive a full refund before flowers are purchased or preparation begins. Once flowers are purchased or preparation begins, the order is nonrefundable. If Archies Arrangements cancels your order, you receive a full refund.

If requested flowers are unavailable, we will contact you and get your approval before making substitutions.
